Mexico Mission – Huejotitan Casa de Ninos

For more than 20 years, West Plano Presbyterian Church has supported a children’s home in Huejotitan Mexico (state of Jalisco) through multiple in-person mission trips and projects. As it became increasingly dangerous to travel to the region due to violence, mission teams were no longer able to travel to the rural areas of Mexico. However, WPPC has continued to meet its commitment of support by providing financial assistance twice a year wired to the leadership of the Casa. These funds have continued to support the children and youth’s education through high school and into college in Guadalajara as well as providing for purchase of clothing, school supplies, food and gifts at Christmas/Epiphany.
